You wait ages for a discontinuance then two turn up at once (a week apart). Ms JV received separate claims from DCB Legal on behalf of Smart Parking. The claim forms had the exact same date.
I helped submit defences requesting that the two claims be joined. They were not and proceeded to Lincoln court as separate claims. Witness Statements were submitted ahead of the deadlines in late February. I'm not sure if the hearing dates were the same as I only have one of them. That hearing was scheduled for late April.
Both claims now discontinued, numbers 804 and 805 if @Umkomaas would kindly confirm.

Another one from FB land. I gave a bit of advice along the way, but the Defendant did most of the hard yards alone. She rightly insisted that taking just a bit too long to pay via the app and then leaving before her time was up, doesn't warrant being scammed for nearly £300, nor their measly £170 counter offer. Her dogged determination has been duly rewarded and NPC/DCB Legal will receive nothing!

Joke of a salary. I wouldn't get out of bed for that so no chance I'm coming out of retirement, not even to scupper their little game until sacked!
