surely DCBLegal and all of the other scum bag legal companies that saturate people's lives and health with stress, panic, anxiety, fear and potentially being a cause of severe or terminal ilnesses should all be sewed and thrown into prison? and we should be recieving compensation for 'damages' that are actually authentic and justified!?

I do think there is (will be) a case for people to claim the £70 false fee back if they were duped or scared enough to pay it.

In the case of a multi PCN case, that's hundreds obtained under false pretences because the added fake fee is CLEARLY double recovery of the exact same heads of cost that the Beavis case determined that a PCN 'must' cover.

It must cover the 'costs of enforcement'.

But it's not a discussion for this thread.

I'd like to thank everyone for the great information on this thread.And the step by step guide on fighting the PCN. I got a parking ticket in a free parking for customers when I was taking my mum to the chemist to get her prescription. Unfortunately, no sign on the gate, And I didn't realise you had to put your registration in a terminal inside the building as I never left the car, i appealed the parking ticket as we had proof with a dated prescription but euro car parks didn't want to know.

-PCN 14/11/23 £85

-APPEALED 7/12/23

-DEBT RECOVERY 24/11/23. £155.

-PASS TO DCBL 20/11/24.

-L.O.C. 10/03/25

-CLAIM FORM RECEIVED 3/6/25 £170

-ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SERVICE.

-DEDEFENCE SENT 20/6/25.

-MEDIIATION 30/9/25 offer £ zero.

-Allocation to small claims 11/2/26.

-Court date 16/4/26.

-Court fees to pay by 19/3/26.

-Discontinuation. 16/3/26

Dcbl have been ringing constantly a few times week throughout but I never answered any of there call.
