    surely DCBLegal and all of the other scum bag legal companies that saturate people's lives and health with stress, panic, anxiety, fear and potentially being a cause of severe or terminal ilnesses should all be sewed and thrown into prison? and we should be recieving compensation for 'damages' that are actually authentic and justified!?

    I do think there is (will be) a case for people to claim the £70 false fee back if they were duped or scared enough to pay it.

    In the case of a multi PCN case, that's hundreds obtained under false pretences because the added fake fee is CLEARLY double recovery of the exact same heads of cost that the Beavis case determined that a PCN 'must' cover.

    It must cover the 'costs of enforcement'.

    But it's not a discussion for this thread.
