ParkingEye engage DCB Legal in a last ditch attempt to extract money from @cheme7676 who, with forum help, put them back in their boxes. Inevitable outcome when these bullies are faced up to!460

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Notice of Discontinuance received from DCB Legal at the point where the trial fee was due. Application made to the Court by letter for unreasonable costs pursuant to CPR 27.14(2)(g). Costs have been awarded against DCB Legal in favour of the Defendant.1

Please show the NoD and the Order granting you costs, as I'm sure you want your case to be counted!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

VCS/DCB Legal fly away and capitulate in yet another discontinuation, as @notonmywatchDCBVCS makes sure that the infamous money extortion site of Bristol Airport wasn't going to cost them any money - not on their watch anyway. Kudos. ✈️461Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Another predictable capitulation as UKPC and DCB Legal collapse. Well done @Ikeepgettingfines, now please avoid gettingfines by keeping clear of car parks operated by sharks, not that it was a fine in the first place, just a speculative (and ultimately failed) attempt at snatching your hard earned cash. Nice one and well done.462Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. @NotAnotherOne, yes, yes, it is yet another one! After years (since 2017!!) of being jeffed about by the biggest pair of court time wasters in this country - UKPC and DCB Legal - normality returns. Discontinuation #463
