The court claims for not paying within 5 minutes at Feethams Leisure Darlington are being discontinued regularly now. Could DCB Legal be developing a conscience at long last? Here's an other one from Facebook group.

Thank you @Beaudelicious for the copy of the NoD.  Excel's 5-minute scam seems to be in the process of being scuppered, and DCB Legal are possibly starting to realise that they just can't continue being associated with it. But 'conscience'? Nah, this is purely business. 

I've said for some time that Excel's greed will cost the parking industry dear, in due course. But .... here we have another discontinuation - delicious! 😋

Here's another '5 mins to pay' one from Feethams Darlington, perhaps the hopelessness of it all is beginning to make DCB Legal pull the plug even earlier. This chap hadn't even done his mediation hearing yet.

Thanks @Beaudelicious. Yum, yum, starting to unravel for Excel, the only kiss they're gonna get this Valentine's Day is a kiss goodbye to scamming this motorist. But I guess there's still the naive who'll cough up. Wonder if Excel will reimburse in due course?  I suspect hell will freeze over first!  Another DCB Legal capitulation, should never have taken instructions from the likes of this outfit.

Another DCB Legal/ Excel/ Feethams capitulation from FB.
I gave the D a bit of advice now and again, but she's mainly done this all by herself and they've yet again thrown in their sad little, green towel.

Thick and fast now the 5 minutes scam is in the past.  I bet SRS is seething, but .... will he refund?  Thank you @Solihillers for your continuing commitment to the cause. 👍
