    Normal disco service can resume!
I'm sure the band will striking up again before the day is out! 🥳
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

After 2 years of hassle from Euro Car Parks and DCB Legal, @bomaya stands firm and extracts a discontinuation from this pair. Booyah!

8 months of hassle for @eagle229 from Secure Parking Solutions and DCB Legal.  But obviously they weren't so secure in their case, and the discontinuation has landed!

I woner what the SRA think about timewasters like DCBL ?
Does the SRA approve of court timewasters, does the SRA approve of rubbish claims, if so, the SRA are not fit for purpose ... and that's been said before

A session in the gym, followed by a Pizza Hut meal, gave UKPC an excuse to pounce and issue a PCN, which followed its usual DCB Legal course to ultimate discontinuation. @adtrav held firm and with forum assistance gave the dreary duo some travel advice of their own ... go forth and multiply.
