I can’t find any WS when I search for an example..

According to first 12 steps, I’m probably at step 12. And according Newbies thread, I’m at the WS stage and waiting for a date.

So I received two or more calls from a number in Norwich and an automated voice from DCBlegal. I think they wanted to settle but I ignored their calls. 

Just got this in the post. I thought it was going to be virtual! Now what….?  Prepare WS? Or will it likely be struck out?

You have a deadline there to do your WS and exhibits. The NEWBIES thread tells you which exhibits are useful and to just search for a recent witness statement to see the format.

Hey all!
Just a quick update. I was preparing my WS late last night and stressing over it. Received an email from DCB Legal this morning confirming that they are discontinuing the claim!

Almost 2 years of back and forth and loads of attempts from DCB legal calling and asking to settle the claim out of court... which I firmly ignored. 

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone! This would not be possible without your help and courtesy.
