  • Afternoon all, I had my mediation appointment last week - lasted about 8 minutes!

I first thanked them for the call and then explained although I’ve prepared a defence, on principle and based on the appallingly weak claim as pleaded - I’m not prepared to offer money to a parking scammer.

They concluded the call and said that since there's no room for mediation as no money offered and it will be referred to a hearing…

  • Hi all

I received both of these letters in the post last week. Am I correct to assume that the first letter is stating that claim has been transferred to a different court? And the second letter is stating that some documents are missing?

Could someone please explain as to what the next steps are?

    Thanks in advance

The CNBC have lost their copy of your submitted N180 DQ form. ( Usually they lose the defence. )

Strange because they knew that it should go to Warwick civil court

You must email a copy of the submitted DQ to Warwick civil court asap, quoting your name and claim reference number, stating that its a copy of the previous submission to the CNBC in Northampton

Personally, I would suggest that you also include a copy of the submitted defence too, in case that is also missing, belt and braces .  I would also include a copy of the court order above, as well, more belt and braces

Its not a different court, Warwick is the first court to be allocated in the process, meaning that the CNBC have passed the case to Warwick court , perfectly normal, and is where you asked for it to be sent
  • Okay Thanks Gr1pr, Which email do I send it to?

  • How does this sound? Any amendments required?

But they aren't asking for your defence.

Then perhaps the Defence should be mentioned as part of your "For your convenience..." sentence.

And rather than using the word 'missing', perhaps 'misplaced' would tend towards pointing out that the problem is of HMC&TS's making.
  • Hi all

I received these letters the other day. Is the letter saying that the case is being transferred to Birmingham automatically?

Could someone please explain as to what the next steps are? Is there anything I should do next?

    Thanks in advance
