You have done the hard, complicated stuff, don't give up now, that way lies defeat and allows the claimant a win by default with you ending up with a bill slightly higher than it would be if you defended it properly at a small claims hearing with a good witness statement. When it comes to WS time, we have five good exemplars. Okay, after much digging I've managed to find an old PDF form which matches the one sent to me by post. And I've answered as per the threads.

Is Birmingham County Court okay for judges? I read somewhere that Warwick has good Judges, I could potentially change it to them as they are on my way for work.

I would choose Warwick, based on some judgments we've seen. You aren't likely to end up at a hearing anyway as that's not DCB Legal's M.O.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
