Let us see a redacted picture of the N24 letter

If the CNBC transferrred the claim to Stoke county court, then normally the CNBC have no further involvement in the case,  so now it depends who sent that N24 form and what the directions state

If the CNBC has transferred the case to Stoke, surely that was because the Defendant sent a completed Directions Questionnaire requesting that should happen.

Clearly a failure by the CNBC. As advised above, just resend a copy of your completed DQ to whoever is now requesting it.
  • Update!!

Was given a ccj for not submitting on time. Fought that with proof and had it stayed.
Local court bounced it back to Northampton, then Northampton sent it back to local court.
Even then local court claimed to still not have n180.
Lots of time spent on hold, lost count of emails and I even used snail mail trying to get them to accept they'd received DQ!
2 weeks ago got a letter offering mediation.. I thought !!!!!! that this side of Christmas so I put it off in a huff. They've wasted far more of my time!

Then just this morning I got home from a night shift.

    * Received email of n279 discontinuance! *

It's 9.36am (but when you work nights that feels like an evening), a few days before Christmas, and I have just poured a glass of my home brewed pear wine to celebrate.
Merry Christmas folks and thank you for just being there, for people like me that don't know where to turn when dealing with these absolute bloody leeches!

Excellent! Show us the discontinuance form for the throwing-in-the-towel thread.

    Merry Christmas!

Very well done, nicely in time for Christmas. But, here's an even better Christmas prezzie for you ...... inclusion in the DCB Legal thread of discontinuations!

    Merry Christmas 🎅 👍
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sorry no.  Not here.  We will not repeat what is already easily read in the sticky (pinned) threads.

It's already laid out 'step by step' in the First 12 Steps in the Template Defence thread.  At the top.

........ and anyway you have your own thread (assuming it is the Stansted one), which is the correct place to ask questions about the process if you did not read/understand the NEWBIE or 12 steps. If you want information from @dm85yeeha you could send them a DM using the envelope symbol top right.
