One month later, it was transferred to a local Court automatically, which is one of the defendant's home courts.

And this month (December), the claimant (DCB legal) sent a notice of discontinuance!

What is so funny and weird is, on their notice letter, the signed date was even before the incident occurred!

What a bunch of thugs and idiots!

I knew there'd be another before the big day was done, and the day is still young!  Off to the Christmas disco 🕺
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    OP
After Xmas, contact the court and find out the date when the Notice of discontinuance was filed, (and what date was on the form).
