I wonder if this pattern is wider then DCB Legal. To use the phase above I'm currently in the sticky web of CPM/Gladstones. Just received claimant's witness statement and now trying to draft my response. My day in court is looming and look forward to them defending a residents permit which they've never provided and my son parking in his own space behind a parking barrier. My son was a named driver on my policy and he parked in his own space. Hopefully these ambulance chasers all go out of business.1

And yes we are seeing the exact same pattern from CTS Law and from UKPC themselves (who had a foray into court claims and have never appeared at a hearing that we know of).
It is all about picking off people who pay as soon as they see a court claim, or pocketing CCJs in the hope people will later discover them and pay the full whack in desperation.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
