So my initial 1% cashback ends on 31st March (like many). I expected I'd have to accept a new offer for cashback from 1st April, but I don't see that option in the app. The implication is that all I need to do is pay in my £500 in March to get in April. Am I correct to assume that I don't need to register for the next offer?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Credit Cards, Savings & investments, and Budgeting & Bank Accounts boards. As above, and the status (e.g. have you qualified yet) of the new offer should be listed in Active Offers in Rewards1

I paid in £500 yesterday but got no pop up as described by ccluedo, however in the Rewards> Active Offers section it does say I have qualified for April cashback... but my original 1% cashback offer said it ran until end of Apr a couple of weeks ago, that's now changed to 31 Mar (originally it was extended to end of Feb, of which I was notified, I've had no other communication from Chase about either extension or reduction of that original offer). And you're right sausage_time, you originally had to activate the 1% cashback offer, for this one they appear to have done away with the need to activate. You either qualify and get it, or you don't. Not sure it's been handled particularly well.1

Chase say that it has yet to launch vendor repayments to debit cards. I apologise if this has been mentioned before in the 170 preceding pages.
Turned out both payments went through. Asked for a refund to the Chase card, and I assume the hotelier didn’t manage because of this issue, because she asked for my PayPal details and paid me that way. I wasn’t aware that Paypal was terrible for FX and was stung by it.0 -
Does the £500 have to stay in your account for so long or can you withdraw it straight away, sorry if this question has already been answered.2

If I'm going to use the Chase debit card abroad, do I need to warn them first?
i.e. to stop it getting blocked.
I seem to remember I did when I was with Santander, they had an option in their 'services' menu to do it, can't see anything in the Chase App. That was way back in 'pre-lockdown' days though.
