    No 30 here with a May OP of £258.51, which is exciting because I've now less that £4,000 left to pay. :) I may post towards the end of the month with a bit of a top up.

    20.5 coupons used in 2020. 62.5 used in 2021. 94.5 remaining as of 21/3/22

    #106 here. Have made another £200 payment for May against the mortgage account. Good news as this brings me to a shade over reaching 50% of my MFW target. Bad news in that the current 2yr offset fix comes to an end in just over three months time and it looks like the new rate for the equivalent product is over 1% more. Will just need to dig a little deeper to maintain the same trajectory! Thanks,
