    With most of the updates in, we paid off over £410,000 by the end of April! :j

    For that, we could buy this absolutely humongous 4 bed house in Northern Ireland, and still have enough money left over to update some of the wallpaper: Click me

    #62 reporting an OP of £1000 for May, making a total of £3120 YTD.
    Its now onwards/upwards/downhill ski with our previously locked away savings redistributed to allow (bar a change in circumstances) to continue the maximum over payment through to fixed term end in Jan 2022, and hopefully a cleared mortgage!

    Sorry late for April

    Just £50 have paid car insurance in full - the final payment due next month on my DMP its been a long slog but after next month i will use this payment to send to mortgage so will be able to up my total in bigger chunks

    Feels good to be at the end of that journey and on to the next biggie - the mortgage
