    Hello,

I know we are already in May but is it still possible to join the challenge?

Aiming to overpay £4000 in 2019 - have overpaid by £1090.23 so far this year.

    Thanks,

    More tea please
Hi More tea please, you absolutely can :) Welcome to the challenge! You're our #93 now.
I've added your overpayments so far in the 'April' slot, but let me know if you would like me to change that.

    Hi there,

Another late comer, is it still possible to join the challenge for the remainder of the year?

Just back on the property ladder and keen to get going with some OPs right away. OPs will only be small for this year... I'm currently studying full-time so we're down to one income, plus a baby on the way, and new house needs a fair bit of TLC... BUT, every little helps eh.

So, I'd like to set a target of £600 for the year.

    Thanks!
    2021 MFW #130. Target: £300/£2500

#51 reporting in with £72.81 for May which brings me to a 2019 total of £291.08 out of my £500 challenge. :j

Mostly this was due to a refund on my Gas bill as my gas company cannot get my gas direct debit to vaguely tally with my average usage at all... even with a smart meter! :wall: I'm now convinced they have set my DD far to low for the next 6 months but oh well, another thing to keep an eye on.

Another late newcomer if you don't mind?

Bought my first flat in November 2018 and started making overpayments in March.

Hoping to overpay the 10% allowed (£11,000) before the anniversary of the mortgage (5th November)

Paid off £1,237.79 so far, odd number as I'm making my mortgage balance end in 00.00 each month after the interest is added :)

Don't mind at all, loving it! :T

Welcome to the challenge, #98 :) I've added your OPs so far into the April column, let me know if you want me to change that.
