Lady gamer here too, i'm 28.

Currently losing hours of my life to Skyrim on the 360. Love stuff like that and Fallout, GTA and COD.

I began with text games -- Infocom ones -- on the PCW then on a PC. I missed them, and a couple of years ago, hunted them and new text games online (there are still some good ones around.)

I've never had a console, I play casual mmo games online and some PC and android games. Eufloria is a beautiful game. I'm looking forward to Stardew Valley. And when I upgrade my PC, I'll try something more adventurous, but as my fine motor control's gone, I'm limited.

Female gamer here. In my thirties but I work in IT so I guess I'm surrounded by tech all day long.

I built my gaming PC and also have a PS3. I used to have a Wii but that was more for when friends came over :D

Got the PS3 for Uncharted 3 which I loooove. Half way through Uncharted2. Also working through Max Payne 3.

PC games - Batman Arkham City, Lara Croft, COD MW3, Arma 3, Skyrim.

Also love text based online RPGs like Torn City and Fallen London.

I started with text adventure games too and I loved them. I still find the odd one or two online and give them a play when I've got a minute or rather several hours!

Infocom tended to have the best ones, but I found some great text games through a fanzine I had through the post called Adventure Probe. I believe someone is currently scanning in the magazine and putting it online (it finished a few years ago now).

Glad to see so many ladies on here :)

I've not had a chance to play on my ps3 all week so hopefully will get some time when sisters are working/out over the weekend. I do like being single sometimes :D

i've loved games from an early age. I used to play a fair bit on PS2 but i dont have one now. i tend to play on my iphone or application games like Second Life and another mulitplayer game platform, as i dont have the time to play to justify paying for a proper system.

I had started playing on Yahoo Games when i first got my own internet 15 years ago, still play it from time to time. But its mainly mobile games i play now.

Yep! Since PS1 I've played GTA. Then on the PC, the PS2, the PSP and the PS3. Massive fan of GTA and Rockstar in general. Red Dead Redemption is one of the greatest games of all time!

Also play CoD. It's very satisfying when I've had a bad day at work! :D
It's getting old though. I think they should make new map packs cheaper.
