Any Female Gamers?

Gaming seems to very male dominated world - I get a lot of shocked reactions when I say I have a PS2/PS3 and play GTA (I'm 26 so not that young)

So are there any other female gamers on here?

My girl friends aren't gamers, neither are my sisters - their boyfriends are though.

True - I don't have y picture online either but that's more because I haven't got round to it!

Not any more but I used to be a kick-!!! counterstrike player on the PC a few years ago. I used to play competitively in different leagues and took it all very seriously.

Last time I spoke on Call Of Duty some Geordie asked me if my dad wears a flat cap cos I'm from Yorkshire. I asked him if his dad is Cheryl Cole.

I don't talk on games like that it's not worth it. It gets weird and then it gets racist. So many racist emblems on there. It's so sad

Anywho yep, female gamer here. I read IGN every day and I have a GTA poster on my living room wall (the first game, before Rockstar was even called Rockstar!)

I have another female gamer friend. She plays PC stuff though. I play console nowadays. Her faves are Borderlands and Bioshock. My male gamer friends all love Skyrim. I like that too. But it's probably the only game every single male gamer I know has and loves. Even the casual ones! Weird.

The girls I know who are only casual gamers all play CoD. Go figure!
