Yes, I think so as she had swelling in her foot which is why she might not be feeling pain.

Please, please take her to be seen. I won't tell you my story as I don't want to worry you, but please get her seem, as her painkillers may mask any potential issues

She insists she is ok. Said she isn't on the painkillers. My nephew and sister are with her so all I can do is ask them to keep and eye on her.

When I fell off my bike, it wasn't until the next day that I started to feel the effects of the soft tissue injury (aching neck/back etc).

    See how she feels tomorrow.

She will ache tomorrow, she really needs checking over.

The police should have been called, she should not have been moved if she had been thrown in the air and an ambulance should have been called by someone.

Keep an eye on her. Do you have the drivers details.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

I have just found out that my Mum was walking to the till after filling up her car when a driver leaving going fast hit her and knocked her up into the air.

If she was really knocked off her feet, she should be checked over by a doctor. She may get away with only bad bruising but she won't be unscathed.

Agree with the others - she'll probably feel much worse tomorrow.
  • Something similar happened to a friend and she ended up with internal injuries she didn't know about til she got checked at A&E.
It's very important that she gets checked out!

The guy behind the till is foreign and didn't really show any interest or offer to call an ambulance. The driver gave her his details.

If you've ever tried to get CCTV from a petrol station you'll know its hard to.
