    Hi everyone !

Had a nice day off so far! went to a carboot in Stourport this morning and bought a lovely utensils jar for my kitchen - brand new!:D then we took DS1 to Pizza Hut as a break for his revising then picked up DS2 from a friends where he had been camping out, stopped for coffee and a chat in the garden in the sunshine!

DS1 is doing his first proper radio show at 6pm on http://www.youthcomm.org.uk, an internet radio station based in Worcester so its fingers crossed all goes well!;)

    Evening everyone.

I've deliberately not logged on till now today so that i would get on. I've managed to do 3 loads of washing which i need to get back in off the line, mark 61 SAT papers  (although i'll not mention that should have been 60 per day for the past few days.) and have a trip to the post office.

I've just spent a couple of hours on my bum catching up with emails and internet stuff. The cats have left me alone all day. They were out all night so they are very sleepy boys today.

DH will hopefully be in fairly soon. I haven't really thought about food yet for this evening, but i know we have some gammon in the fridge, so i'll probably do that with jersey royals and baked beans.

Woke up feeling shattered again after our nice night out with family. But i've forced myself to work through it. I think it is because i'm waking up a lot through the night, but it's still a pain. I can't believe how quick this week has gone, and how little of the stuff i wanted to complete that i have got done. Must get more organised.

Going to sign off now. Enjoy your evening everyone. hope some of you have more exciting things to do than a slob in front of the sofa.

    Howdy folks,

What a beautiful evening it is, I do hope the rest of the weekend remains like this.

I think I've finally caught up with being away last week (London - course - boring). Today I made some carrot muffins, went down a storm :)

Currently attempting to finish decorating DD's bedroom, the doorway is totally bricked up and plastered now (that's the one we discovered lurking behind a wardrobe!), the double glazed windows have been removed (internal d-g windows that is) leaving the sash windows to be repaired and painted. Makes the room look a lot brighter and lighter :)

Planted up my Summer pots for by the front door and brought the Winter pots down in to the back garden. The yukka plants have been put out for the Summer too. It's got to be Summer soon hasn't it?!?

Tonight's plan is to sort out some of these blasted finances and drink a very large glass of voddie and orange ;)

Tomorrow's plan involves doing some more gardening and more on her bedroom. Sunday's plan involves taking DD swimming as she hasn't been for months, I've finally managed to get her a cossie (Tesco - £2.50 :j ) and of course she now doesn't need a swim nappy :j

    Have a good evening all!

    Evening

DD & OH are back and had a great time at the zoo. We treated DD to a 2 year pass so we can go as often as we want (OH & I are £4 each). Normally try and go each holiday as she is animal mad and not really an expensive day if you take your own lunch etc.

Dinner was all done by the time they got back and OH just needed to dish up. House is all clean and tidy and 2 further washes have been done and hung out by cleaner and 1 load in TD:o....sorry!!

DD is just about to have a shower followed by OH, then we may put the TV on:confused: OH does look knackered though:D

Just had a text from one of DD's friends mums asking if she would like to go round and play for the afternoon sunday and stop for dinner (roast-her fav;) )...so shes been a busy bee this week. OH is playing golf sunday afternoon, so will be another quiet afternoon for me, but I have to finish my essay anyway and can concentrate better with no one around.
Just realised that we are away 2 weeks tomorrow for a week:eek: ...thought is was 3 weeks! Oopps! Started doing a menu plan for the week and a list of what we need etc. Im sure i will forget something though. Will need to buy the fresh stuff up there as its too long for it to be in the car (4-5hrs:cool:) This one is definitly a crip caravan with a walk in shower, so will be much easier to access and get around.

Anyway, Im waffling-have a good evening all. Hugs.

    Hello all

A late post from me - while boys are degunking themselves in the bath :D

Today I did very little OS- I hung a load of washing out and that's it.

I had a late start, then I decided it was such a nice day, to take a picnic to the park. Called a friend who was going out so she said to pop by for an hour so our boys could all play together. Upshot was that the picnic was eaten in her back garden then all 6 of us piled into my car and we went to the park for an hour. Four hours later we were packing 4 very tired and dusty little boys back into the car :rotfl:

The weather has been beautiful and as my friend said - it's so nice to sit in the sunshineand have some time out, have a chat to a friend and watch the boys all play nicely together - no bickering or fighting :D DS1 gave himself a blck eye when he jumped off the climbing frame intothe sandpit and smacked his eye into his knee. He's got a couple of splits and it's swelling shut, but it will be a lovely shade of purple for when he goes back to school on Monday - so he's quite proud of it now (it was a great drama at the time though)

Mr TM gets back from his week away tonight - but he's travelling up from Hertfordshire at 5.30 so I've said I'll get his Sunday dinner ready :D Oh, how we miss the south-east - NOT :) I'm going to put the boys to bed now, then do some tidying up. I have a huge pile of ironing which I may crack on with before Mr TM lands.

Ok - (((hugs))) to all in need and I'll catch up with you all tomorrow, no doubt. :)

    TM xxx

PS - anyone seen MATH lately? I expect he's at Chez MATH No. 2 this week, isn't he?

Sorry to be pendantic but I assume you mean a disabled caravan as I find your word quite offensive.

Just been downloading photographs from our holiday but for all the Davy Jones fans, sorry but the lighting seems to be across his face in each photograph :o

For the dolphin fans though we did get some good shots :)

Edinburghlass-Sorry I have caused offense to you, but I have always referred to myself as being a crip as I am:D;) Surely I can call myself whatever I choose:confused: I accept your apology on being pendantic though.

PP, dunno if this helps or not but I have taken fresh and frozen stuff in a cool box with ice packs in the car for 5 hours and the food was all fine. In fact the frozen stuff was still solid when we got there.
