LONDON weekend hotel breaks - any special offers/deals..?
Looking for a break mid August, Friday 12th and Saturday 13th nights. I'm a total amateur at organising this kind of thing. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction for a good value hotel room? I wouldn't know where to start in finding something! Any help at all much appreciated.

Premier Inn cancellation charge? Am I just better off not staying?
I purchased the non-flexible and no refund room for Premier Inn at London Stansted for August 17th. It was booked around April/May. Although the location where I am at now, I've changed my flight to be from an airport a bit closer and at an earlier date, but this means flying into Luton. I'm wondering about my Premier Inn…

Any ideas where would suit us for a short break?
My partner and I want to have a 4/5 day holiday somewhere in Britain. We're having trouble deciding where to go. I love national trust/English heritage type houses and my partner likes some of them, mainly old castles. He also likes caves and really enjoyed Hawkstones follies when we were staying in Lichfield, though that…

We will be travelling from Lancashire to Edinburgh late October. It's our 15th WA around that time, so was thinking a night in a fab hotel would be a great stopover.
