Chigwell tours complaint

I recently took part on one of their so called award winning tours and it was awful and the aftercare customer service has been even worse , does anyone know who I can contact to make a complaint ?

I have emailed them , they replied to the first email but nothing since . I rang them on Saturday and the lady was so unprofessional and rude I have never recieved such terrible customer service .0
