Now tv- Sky Atlantic series available?
I have the full Virgin tv package. I am considering a Now box as it would allow me to access Sky Atlantic series which I do not get or have missed on Virgin. However it is unclear what boxsets/tv series are available just now on Now tv. I already get Fox, Blindspot etc. Do you have easy access to boxsets/ tv series which…

Can I use my apple App Store credit for a Disney life subscription?
I got a couple of iTunes gift cards for my birthday and now have a balance of about £40. I'd like to use this to get Disney life on my iPad. Will the monthly subscription fee come off this balance, or would I have to pay with a credit card instead? I've contacted Disney life but they don't know.

Sky free 'gift' -expires tonight!
We are Sky customers and we have been given a gift from them to get a free movie. You get the download and then they also post the DVD to you. As we are a Direct Debit payer, why are they asking for credit card details? Is it normal? Helpline on Twitter has closed so I can't ask them. Any ideas? Thanks

Sky going on standby
Every now & then we get a message on our TV saying the sky box is going to go in to standby mode while we're watching TV. Just wondering how we go about stopping that because i don't remember my mother's Sky box throwing up that message.

Streaming from a NAS to a smart TV?
We just bought a new Sony smart TV and I want to do away with the hundreds of DVD boxes cluttering up my living room by moving them onto a NAS drive. I'm a bit confused though about how one goes about getting the media from the NAS drive to play on the tv? Also, if anyone can help me with choosing a NAS drive and not…

Sky TV - Need to cut the package but not in my name!!
Surely someone out there has had this issue before? I cannot afford or justify the £103 a month that I pay for Sky TV and broadband. The contract is in my ex-partner's name, who moved out 3 years ago and who I haven't seen since. I have however, always, from the beginning (2010) paid the subscription from my bank account.…

75% Discount on Basic Package
Contacted Sky via Live Chat today to cancel my subscription. Since I have a Now TV box, plus Netflix and Prime, I didn't feel the need to carry on paying out £20 plus per month for the odd couple of channels that I'd miss (Syfy, Universal and Dave), and the privilege of being able to record programs as you can watch most…

Ringing to lower my sky bill any advice?
I've been a sky customer for 6 years. My contract is coming to an end so the time has come to call them to get a better deal for the following year. I usually pay £52 a month for sky downstairs, phone and broadband and also a multi room box. This is the deal I got this year after a lot of hard work so I doubt I'll get the…

TV help please - rural area
We were with Sky for ages but the sky+ box kept freezing and then when we rebooted, lost all saved programmes. This happened many times and we tried hard and soft reboots. In the end, we were not using the TV that much and were looking to save money so we cancelled. We still have the box (but it has no recording…

Virgin Media
Hello folks, hope someone can help . I signed up for Virgin Media this time last year (18 month contract) and took one of the top packages because it meant a massive saving on Sky Sports for 12 months. The lady who signed me up told me to call back at this time because my 12 month discount would come to an end and…

End of Deal - Price Increase
HI there, I took out a deal with Sky TV in December 2015, using a friends and family discount. I've been paying £25 per month and our deal has now come to an end. Sky are only responsible for my TV, because they were unable to install a phone line due to there being ivy around the telephone pole - so we've stayed with…

New Sky Box with 'FreeSat from Sky'
Hi I hope someone is able to help. :money: just over a year ago, I downgraded my Sky TV subscription to 'FreeSat from Sky'. I'm very happy with this, and have no need to get a subscription again. The thing is, the Sky HD box is now about 8ish years old, and regularly conks out, needing me to take the power lead out for a…

TalkTalk will let me leave, but what are my options?
Another long running saga with TalkTalk means I've moved house and they're still failing to provide me with the broadband and phone and TV services I had at my old place. They're trying to force me on to another 18-month contract, but they acknowledge until they connect me I am free to leave. My £32 a month package for the…
