BT Sport without BT boradband

As an existing customer of BT broadband whose contract has recently expired, BT told me I cannot get their current offer for new customers and must pay £30.99 for fibre broadband plus a further £5/month (free for the first 3 months) for the BT Sport channels (total average monthly bill of £34.74 for a 12-month contract).
Compared to the Sky broadband offer for new customers (£14.40/month), BT's offer to me is too expensive.
Is there any way I can keep access to BT Sport channels - I only want them for Champions League and Europa League football - without broadband from BT?
Thanks.

You can get BT Sport over Sky TV via BT or Plusnet (BB or Sky TV) but is usually dearer.0

I would just be having Sky Broadband though, not Sky TV. Could I still add BT Sport to the Sky Broadband service using the BT Sport online viewing service that I used with my BT Broadband?
One other thought occurred to me: would BT treat me as a new customer in order for me to be able to buy their Fibre offer for new customers because hitherto I have been a non-Fibre BT Broadband customer?
Many thanks.0 -

No, not without a BT Sport account.r0adrunner wrote: »One other thought occurred to me: would BT treat me as a new customer in order for me to be able to buy their Fibre offer for new customers because hitherto I have been a non-Fibre BT Broadband customer?
