Cannot view Netflix with Roku

I recently got amazing help from forum members on connecting Roku to analogue TV, It is going great and I am amazed at what I can view . The only problem I have is that I cannot log in to Netflix. Log in fails on Roku but I can log in fine on laptop. It states that verification is needed. I was on phone to Netflix foe 45 minutes and they could not help me log in. Can anyone tell me if I need an activation code for Roku to enter on Netflix site and if so where can I find this activation code.
