Why can't I print HUGE numbers out on piece of A4 paper from LibreOffice writer?
My Sister wants to print out a sign for her shop window. She asked me to do it because her computer fails to print it. So...I said I would do it. I went into Libreoffice writer. Chose the number 1. Set the font size to 800 and Low and behold it won't work for me either. When Sister tries to print, her machine does nothing.…

How long to install BT 'full fibre' & what to expect?
Am booked in for an install. BT Live Chat can be a bit painful & often they never pay attention to what you've actually asked so I'm here for people who've actually had this done & can comment on real-world installs rather than just some sales pitch being read off a monitor. So how long realistically should I expect this…

Compatible Canon 575 and 576 cartridges (or refilling)?
I've used Epson and Canon printers in the past and refilled the cartridges or used a Continuous Inking System to keep costs down. But this time I've bought a Canon TS3550i, which use very expensive 575 and 576 cartridges. Has anyone had any success in refilling these cartridges or locating cheat compatibles, please? Jim

Vodafone going to provide a full-fibre line to the house. But will I then be tied to them?
I have been informed by Vodafone that they are proposing to upgrade my current 'copper' landline connection to full-fibre. That's all seemingly good - faster, more reliable, same LL phone number (but going through interweb), same monthly cost, etc. and with no installation charge to me. My only Q is, if Vodafone carries…

Forbidden websites
Can anybody help me please? Over the last few days, several (established) websites have been coming up with the error message "403 Forbidden" when I've tried to visit them or clicked on links from emails, on both Google Chrome and Firefox. I was looking at buying Norton Advanced anti virus for my PC. Norton themselves wanted twice as much to purchase through them than buying from Amazon which is half the price.
