"Standardise" scans

I have about 100 documents – created from photo / scans of certificates (birth, marriage and death of ancestors) taken with my phone – all at different angles, distances and illumination – that I am trying to  ”standardise”.

ie) Make all the same.

Is there some software (preferably freeware) that I can use to automate the process ?

I have tried inserting events to the Google calendar but apparently you can only paste short phrases in and not PDF docs!!
I tried dragging and dropping docs in too with no luck either
    Any more suggestions?
Think you've posted to the wrong thread?

If your docs/PDFs are on Google Drive then you can post links to them within a Calendar entry.
