I'm no good with technology, I'm struggling :'(
I have WhatsApp on my Android phone
I also have WhatsApp on my laptop
Today, I had a incoming call on my laptop from one of my contacts, on the laptop screen, it was showing the incoming call, but no green button to answer the call,
I've uninstalled and reinstalled WhatsApp on the laptop, but the call is not coming up on the laptop, going straight to mobile
I've uninstalled / reinstalled WhatsApp on the laptop numerous times, I've read I need the "windows" version of WhatsApp, but all I see in the Microsoft store is WhatsApp inc
I know I'm no good with technology, but it's testing me, anyone have advice what I'm doing wrong please?

You need to use the WhatsApp desktop app rather than WhatsApp Web if that makes any sense2
-
Go to your App Store
Or to whatsapp.com and download the app for whatapp desktop1 -
Thanks both, from your advice, I think I've sussed it
