Closing a credit card with a credit balance.
Hello, I have an old credit card that I have just BT to a new card. The DD and a mistake in the BT total means that the old card now has a balance in credit by several hundred pounds. What happens when I ask to close this card? Will a cheque be sent/ bank credit to me for the balance? Anyone have any experience of this?

BMI amex free flights?

If you have a post office credit card and purchase currency from the post office there is no charge, as far as i know if you use any other credit card to purchase currency from anywhere you will always get charged.
