Aer Lingus...beware low cost airlines.

This may not come as a surprise to all of you who are looking out for cheap flights but my experience with Aer lingus should alert some of you that booking early with low cost air lines does not always mean the cheapest price. I booked several months ago for a flight to Knock (Ireland ) from Gatwick and the best price was £24.95 plus airport taxes and booking fee.Total £50 one way and £50 return.
I looked today and the price was.....£9.95 and 0.00...!!! Yes nil cost for the return.
I guess you will say that " you win some you lose some " but i must confess that i have always believed the earlier you book the better the price but clearly this is not always the best advise.
Also, another odd point about Aer Lingus is that you cannot email them to complain !! They do not have anyway kind of customer service !!
How arrogant is that .

As much as its annoying, please get over it.

I could book a flight to Belfast with Ryanair for this October for £20.00, but I can almost guarantee it'll be under a tenner and on a seat sale by early September.
