Running Events
Hi all, I am trying to find out if there are a few central places that list local races across the country? I am interested in running a few 10k's or so next year. I know of https://www.fellrunner.org.uk/ as I will be hoping to do a few of their races too, but also interested in something less mountainous too. So anyone…

Can you swim too much?
I know about running and how it's good to have rest days to aid muscle repair. What about if you swim every day? I've recently started swimming every day and do 60-80 lengths a day. I can't see that it would cause muscle damage in the same way that running would....am I right? Thanks for any insight.

Do you watch people in the gym?
Someone stopped me on the power plate and said 'you have a really great bum'. it was my fault as I was squatting at the time, so my !!! was on full blast. Gyms - Please reassure me!
Since moving house and living on an unlit road I can't go running after work anymore. There is a puregym near me which at £19.99 with free classes and no contract seems to be a good deal. But I'm nervous of joining, and I'm hoping you'll all reassure me, that the gym isn't scary and it doesn't matter that I'm not terribly…
