Which fitness watch?

Hi,
Best place i think i can put this but wife want a fitness watch but not sure which to get as dont want to buy her an expensive one, below what i want from the watch,

Work with Iphone via app or whatever..
Want to record steps, miles, heartbeat, maps of where she went and miles + anything else be a bonues.
Rather have one that record it and then sync her iphone when she get home as she has a 6+ and cant find an armband for that size

Not sure on the sync with iPhone as I sync and charge on laptop but there is a phone app.

Does everything else you want including heart rate without chest strap.
