Redundancy Pay
If I,ve worked 3 shifts for over 20yrs my monthly pay check included shift allowance. Why now we are being made redundant, is our redundancy pay worked out on just basic wage and not shift allowance? Without the allowance it wouldn't,t have been a living wage !!
