Plan A wins again.
Neighbours sister visiting UK so neighbour took her to a shopping centre, lots of shopping etc meant they were 22mins over the 3 hour limit. I told her to write to the shops and almost immediately TKMax got back saying they had arranged for the PCN to be cancelled.
