Hi,

I have received this parking charge letter, please see attached of my correspondence to o2 parking initially then Saba of my explanation and their responses.

I tried to pay initially and contact them on time and realised something was wrong when I saw the amount charged.

If anyone can please help me appeal this.

Thanks

    The bad news:

    • you have ruined your 99% certain winning appeal by telling them who was driving! This site is under statutory control (owned and provided by TFL) and as such, it is not 'relevant land' under POFA. SABA's PCN incorrectly references keeper liability but unlike other station car parks, TFL ones are not subject to 'keeper liability' in our view;

    The good news:

    • ignore them and stop making it worse by engaging with them. Too late not to say who was driving but stop!
    • come back here if you get a solicitor's LBC or claim form
    • see post 4 then post 2 of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.
    • Yes, I said ignore it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you so much for this advice, apologies as I panicked that night hoping if I contacted them before the payment deadline it would have been ok.

I wil continue to ignore until they send a solicitors letter.

Are my chances still strong to avoid paying anything during the solicitor stage, or will I pay a reasonable amount for my 90mins stay?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi all,

    Update:

    I received this letter.

I believe I'll still be ignoring this and they will be sending the claim form next?

    Thanks in advance.

    Correct, IGNORE

    BUT

It will probably be an Oak Legal LoC next, not a claim form
