Letter for an old parking ticket
Hi, I hope you are well, I have just received this in the post for an old parking ticket, just wondering how I can deal with this at an early stage, do you think I need to respond to this? Many thanks

It's not a parking ticket. Its a request to pay a speculative invoice that currently carries no weight.
Ignore unless you get a court claim. Ensure they have your correct address by writing to them asking them to ERASE (important word) your old address and replace with your current.

As above, plus you should study the other recent OAK LEGAL threads on here over the last couple of months too
As long as they have your current address for the service of papers, not an old address, ou can either
1 respond to it by email using the LoC response template
Or
Ignore them for now
But
Do not ignore a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL, if it arrives in the post, thats when you come back to this thread

They unfortunately have 6 years to start a court claim and you are only 2.5 years in. It's not really old yet

I'd respond as already explained in post 2 of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
