Received a Claim Form from DCB Legal on behalf of Euro Car Parks

DCB Legal are claiming on behalf of Euro Car Parks for an incident where my partner paid for her car parking ticket but left slightly after the parking end time that was displayed on the ticket.
I recently successfully defended 3 PCNs in court for a road which claimed to be a car park thanks to help on here. This is a little different though.
Does she have a leg to stand on. Attached the claim form which I need to help her respond to.

Does she have a leg to stand on?Yes and there will be no hearing because DCB Legal always discontinue ECP Claims for single PCNs. Defend. See you in the Summer!
We don't even need to know the circumstances. DCB Legal don't read it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have never had a private parking company court claim, research tells you what to do, we read a lot, and learn, a life lesson for all if you read a dozen recent cases, you soon learn the do's and don'tsKayce_Dutton said:
