CASH ISA ON MATURITY
I took out a 1 year fixed cash ISA in the 2023/24 tax year(£20,000).
It matured in March 2025. I have moved/transferred it with the same provider to
a new cash ISA. Do I have to use my 2024/25 ISA allowance to cover/provide for
this. Or can I use my 2024/25 ISA allowance for a new ISA.

ISA allowance question regarding Inheritance
Hi folks, I have a question regarding inheritance and ISA allowances. Can ISA allowances be passed onto children from parents as part of inheritance? I know that upon death that ISA's are cashed out and given as cash and passed onto children (which may be subject to tax) - however can the allowance be passed over? So for…

I just wondered if this is possible? My fixed isa has just matured (around £10k). I want to put more into my existing stocks and shares isa but don't want to do it as a bulk transfer/purchase. Can I open a new cash isa, transfer the matured isa money to that, and then transfer a bit each month from the new isa into my…

A few weeks ago I opened a cash isa with Plum and today established an open banking connection between my bank and Plum so I could make instant transfers into my ISA. Cash ISAs
I've currently got a cash isa with Co-op and I'm happy with it. I've seen an offer with Chip which sounds good. My question is, can I open a cash isa with Chip if I've already got one with Co-op? I've not added anything to the Co-op isa and do not intend to. Can I keep that and have one with Chip? Is this allowed? Do I…

Nationwide HTB to trading 212 ISA transfer
I want to transfer my nationwide HTB ISA to trading 212. I'm aware this means losing the HTB status of the ISA. Is this something that's allowed? A HTB ISA is fundamentally just a cash ISA, right? Do I put both parts of my nationwide account number - the 4 digits before the / and the 9 digits after - in the "account…

Can I open an ISA if I put £1k into one that matured in this tax year?
I had a fixed rate cash ISA that matured in December 24 and I elected to reinvest the money with the same provider. It wasn't at the max £20k, and I had a short window of time where I could add funds, so I put in another £1k by the January 25 deadline. My question is whether I can open a new ISA now before 5th April and…

Do variable cash ISAs mature?
I've always had fixed term cash ISAs until recently, but now I have a defined access cash ISA that I opened about a year ago with Virgin Money (it's one of those accounts with sort code starting with 8) I know this is a variable rate. And I've set up the ISA to accrue interest monthly. So I am confused - does this account…
