In theory, yes, but it'll depend on the exact funding rules of the Santander account.
Time to read the Ts and Cs.0 -
Can’t see anything saying I can’t,, also would I get the 4.25% interest on the new 20k invested plus the 40+ from transfers anyone know0

Many fixed-rate products have a shortish period at the start where you can pay money in. After that they generally don't allow money to be added. So it all depends on when your ISAs mature and whether you can sort it out within the window period. Read the T&Cs.
If you can add the money you'll get the same rate for all your money.0 -
Santander web says:"Transfer in funds from an external ISA within 14 days of opening."

The transfer application must be received within 14 days of opening the new ISA account. The money you're transferring must reach your Santander ISA within 30 days of opening. This is what is quoted on Santander's website under ISA Transfer.
Though if this is how they actually process transfers is another thing, as mine was rejected on the 15th calendar day when the old bank tried to send the funds after maturity. Santander are blaming the old bank saying that they were told the old account was blocked/closed and the other bank is saying Santander rejected the transfer stating the new account was closed! Neither accounts were closed, hence 2 complaints to find out what happened.1
