MSE car insurance comparison tool quote different price on insurer's site
I've used the MSE recommended price comparison tool which is from Moneysupermarket and has come up with the cheapest quote of £176. It asks you to 'Go To Site' to purchase it but when I get on the page, the price is showing as £211. I've not changed anything at all so anyone have any idea why that may be?

Car Insurance checker Tool
My insurance quote is 208% higher than last year so I decided to use Martin's tool. Fine until it wanted my driving licence number. It refused to accept the last two letters, and I was forced to omit the licence number. Result three quotes from companies I have never heard of. How do you query this type of problem? Note…

Hello Knowledgeable People, My 5-year-old daughter hit a neighbour's car with a stick and cracked the headlight casing. Learner driver insurance advice
My son turns 17 next week and I already got his provisional license so he could start driving on his birthday, but now I'm trying to get insurance, they won't accept it as it's before he turned 17?? Surely if he can get the license at 16yrs for moped etc, it should still be valid? I'm confused why it won't be accepted and…

Halifax home insurance
We've just renewed our buildings and contents insurance with Halifax for the 3rd year and the documents correctly state that we have not made a claim since we've had the policy. Hi, A property I own suffered subsidence damage about two years ago. This was promptly reported to my insurers. Legal select with home insurance
My policy included legal cover, which unfortunately I had to take advantage of when my son was seriously injured in a football match, although at the same time was relieved that we were covered for this sort of event and able to initiate a claim. No Claims Bonus/Discount NCB/NCD after 9 years
I am with BMW insurance, they only appear to want to offer me proof of 9+ years NCB when I have 16 years. Having read forums on here I read that it doesn't make a difference after 9 years. On renewal, BMW price has doubled so looking elsewhere my cheapest quote is for £626 when I use 16 years NCB and the exact same quote…
