More than mice....

Hi, I have been with More than home insurance for at least a decade and my policy documents are nowhere to be seen. You would have thought that all the information for your policy would be available on an online customer portal, but it isn't, I have requested my documents but they haven't arrived in the post, I rang them this morning to say they haven't arrived, and they've emailed me my renewal which isn't as indepth as I had hoped.

Now, according to a letter I found from April this year, I'm on a premium plan (PL85?) would anyone know if rodent damage to pipework is covered by this policy? I know I'm clutching at straws here, but I thought someone may have an insight into my dilemma?

I expect damage by vermin is an exclusion...but it might potentially be covered under some Home Emergency cover
