EV specific breakdown cover?

Is it worth seeking out a specific breakdown cover for EVs or just get a standard policy from the likes of AA/RAC/National Rescue?

My wife has an EV as a company car and has had to call the AA out on a couple of occasions.
When they have arrived they have had very little knowledge and just end up taking it back to dealer
Not heard of any EV specific breakdown services but I cant see them being much different to a standard policy0
