Street party, road closure
Can you apply for a road closure for Queens jubilee, without informing every resident of the road? In our road they have a fb page for residents. Out of approx 67 houses, only about 30+ are in the group. Are those planning to request a street closure, obliged to tell the non members of the group their intentions.
