Service charge Manchester City centre

Hi all 

I’m paying £1850 per annum for a one bed flat -540sq- in Manchester City centre. I own it and have been living at 5 Piccadilly place for 13 years. Scanlans took over Carillion when they went bust. The service is terrible … one cleaner for the block of 168 flats. No security no concierge. New paint job inside is terrible. I’ve paid heaps into my sinking fund so should be coming down in price! Landlords have rented their flats to oversees students, so the bin room is discusting. This block is supposed to be for professionals! 3/4 of the directors live out. Never get an updates of works going ahead. Don’t get a minute meetings email anymore and they won’t let any owner have a say … the directors dictate everything.
