After I have completed…

Have you had a pay increase this year?
I have heard that the median pay has increased by 7.8% from the same time last year. What payrise - if any- have you had, as I don't know anyone who has had that much of an increase? I had 4% in January 2023. I'm referring to company wide pay increases, rather than individual increases.

A few legal questions re employment law/tribunals etc
I'm after some (ideally facts) but opinions, interpretations and comment welcome, and there will probably be a few more to add in due course. I've been reading about the implied term of trust and confidence with regards to the relationship between employee and employer. Most case studies I have found relating to this being…

Had my probation extended, I'm at the end of my tether now and thinking of handing my notice in.
So I posted recently about having my probation extended and got some very helpful advice from here. Are homeowners eligible for jsa
I haven’t worked for a long time as I was looking after my mum whilst dad was working overseas. He has now offered to buy me somewhere to live. I’m worried that if I accept his offer, I will somehow be ineligible for jsa whilst looking for work as I’ll own property, although I have no savings.
