Time wise seems about right for NHS to get all the info.  Can you e mail instead of phoning?  Or just ask the person to repeat what they have said?

Well - the obvious thing is to go and speak to HR in person if it’s just a transfer within the same trust.

Great in theory, but not all locations will have HR on site.

HR is long way from my NHS and its very hard to get hold off and wont answer emails and cant understand the person when they answer and then they give you answer like pass this onto my boss or put note but nothing happening
  • You could contact your new line manager and ask them to contact HR to see if they can speed things up?

    that explains a lot

internal moves in NHS   organisations in particualr can be subject ot a lot of horsetrading  and  fihgting over when  someone is released from their old role

Is the new role  with the same employer / NHS  entity ?

what are you doing at the minute ?

if you are changing  NHS Entity  as your employer  why did you  resign without an agreed  start  date for the new role ?
