Time wise seems about right for NHS to get all the info.  Can you e mail instead of phoning?  Or just ask the person to repeat what they have said?
The thing is they wont respond to emails ether and whats really wrong am not new person joining the trust already with trust and they have all my info already just a tranfer.
    that explains a lot

internal moves in NHS   organisations in particualr can be subject ot a lot of horsetrading  and  fihgting over when  someone is released from their old role

I just left my department now and just waiting for the start date my new boses pushing for it and I am pushing for it. HR is just telling them what they wanna hear and then go slow
Is the new role  with the same employer / NHS  entity ?

what are you doing at the minute ?

if you are changing  NHS Entity  as your employer  why did you  resign without an agreed  start  date for the new role ?
With same trust and left early due to people workplace behaviour and don’t want to put my new job at risk
