I am looking to understand the clause as below, I think i got it right One month but just wanted to doublecheck if there isnt any detail that i am missing here

I signed the contract on 2nd of Feb 2023 and started working on 10th March 2023, so now if I give the notice period on say 1st of Feb 2024(or any date before 10th of March 2024), how long the notice period i need to serve is it one or 3 months based on below clause? any help appreciated :)

30. Notice
30.1. The period of notice to be given in writing by the Company or by you to terminate your employment following your probationary period is one (1) month during your first year of service and thereafter, three (3) months.
30.2. The Company shall be entitled to dismiss you at any time without notice or payment in lieu of notice if you commit a serious breach of your obligations as an employee, or if you cease to be entitled to work in the United Kingdom. Nothing in this section shall prevent the Company from terminating your employment without notice or salary in lieu of notice in appropriate circumstances.

So your first year of employment ends on 9 March 2024.
If you have completed the probationary period then, giving notice on or before 9 March would require you to give notice of one month.
