Finish Early Friday Entitlement

Hi All, I wonder if anyone is in similar situations?
My company offer a finish early friday perk for everyone in the company, so when we hit specific targets the month previous, everyone is entitiled to finish at 4pm each week for the month. 70% of employees don't take this on a friday, and choose to use this another day as some need to commit to working a full day friday until 5.30.
The question is, I only work part time Mon- Thursday, would I be entitiled at all to this 'bonus' to use on another day? Because it has never been discussed with me, and I have never mentioned it in the last few years I have known of it.
ANy thoughts would be appreciated.

I would have thought that it would be honoured on a pro rata basis. So if everyone working 40 hours normally can finish 90 minutes early each week and you work 20 hours normally then you could finish 45 minutes early or maybe 90 minutes 2 out of 4 weeks. And it would apply for the days you work - just as someone who never works on Mondays is still entitled to their bank holidays but just on a different dayI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards. So, as far as I can see, you should get four fifths of the benefit a full time colleague gets from this arrangement.1 -
