CSA debts
If the NRP has run up CSA debt by not paying, can they offer to pay the PWC direct to pay it off or would it be best to go through the CSA still? And once the debt is paid off, can the parents do a private arrangement for the rest of the time?

Appealing First Tear Tribunal
Hi, I have received a First Tier Tribunal Decision which agreed with me that NRP has been earning more than what he reported to CSA. The letter stated that I can appeal on arithmetical correctness. 1) Would that still mean appealing to the same Tribunal or would that mean Court of Appeal? 2) The arithmetic issue I have is…

Child Benefit for higher earners
Hi all, was wondering if someone can help me. Until September, my partner earned £53k a year, but the amount he paid into his pension meant that we were still eligible for the full amount of Child Benefit and therefore continued to claim (we checked this was OK with HMRC).
