Hello everybody, just joined the group. I have a question for you
I had a relationship for 10 years and had 1 child. This relationship ended some time ago. I went to court and got access to see my child on weekends. I paid £30 a week to CSA. I was in another relationship up till last year, which also ended. The Mother took me to court for maintainance. The CSA took another £18.00 a week out of my wages. The total is £58.00 a week. I was living with my parents up till May this year and had to leave. Im now in 1 bedroomed flat at £380.00 a Month. Ive applied for housing benefits. My wages is £225. a week. Im stuggling to pay all my bills. Is there a way I can get reductions from CSA and is there a form I can get. Please help

On an income of £225 you should be paying £45 per week. I make £30 and £18 to be £48, not £58 - if you want your maintenance reassessing you need to send 5 weekly, or 2 monthly payslips to the CSA for consideration. Your housing costs at not taken into account - you are simply liable to pay 20% of your nett income.0
